NarratorPDF ("we", "the service") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we process when you use our website, reader experience, and future mobile apps.

1. Data we collect

• Account: When you sign in with Google or Apple — name, email, and provider ID.
• Usage: Translation requests (selected text), device info (browser/app, device ID), subscription status.
• Optional note sync: When signed in, text notes may sync to the cloud. PDF files and page screenshots stay on your device by default.
• Payments: Processed by the App Store / Google Play or a payment provider; we do not store your card details on NarratorPDF servers.

2. PDFs and screenshots

PDFs you add stay in local storage on your browser or app and are not uploaded to NarratorPDF servers. The free plan uses a shared demo PDF.

3. Translation and research

Selected text may be sent to third-party translation providers (e.g. DeepL, Google Translate, MyMemory). Google or Wikipedia searches open in a new browser tab.

4. Device limit

A Pro account may be used on up to 2 active devices. You can manage your device list; removing a device is allowed at most once every 30 days.

6. Retention and security

We keep data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal duties. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object. Use the Delete Account page to request deletion.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will refresh the "Last updated" date on this page.
