Delete Account

You have the right to delete your NarratorPDF account and related cloud data.

1. What we delete

• Account identity and sign-in links (Google / Apple)
• Cloud text notes and book metadata
• Subscription profile and server-side device list

2. What stays on your device

Local PDFs, screenshots, and local note copies in your browser or app are not wiped by us. Clear site data or uninstall the app to remove them yourself.

3. Subscriptions

Deleting your account may not cancel an App Store / Google Play subscription. Cancel recurring billing in the store’s subscription settings.

4. How to request

1. Sign in to NarratorPDF if possible.
2. Follow this page or email support with “Account deletion request” and your registered email.
3. After verification we process the request.

If you cannot sign in, write from the email used on the account.

5. Timing

Verified requests are usually completed within 30 days. Legally required records (e.g. invoices) may be retained.

6. Irreversible

After deletion, cloud data cannot be restored. You would need a new account to use the service again.
